1 tbsp. oil 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 2 pieces celery, chopped 1 (No. 300) can Bush's Best chili hot beans 1/2 tsp. chili powder or to taste 1/4 c. catsup 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or hot pepper sauce Heat oil in frying pan. Cook beef until lightly browned. Push to one side of pan. Add onion and celery. Cook until soft. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes. This is very good reheated. |
