PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. Minute Rice
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushrooms, chopped

Mix hamburger, rice, egg, onion and salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
