SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 egg yolks
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. seedless raisins
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, stir in sour cream, vinegar and raisins. Mix dry ingredients. Stir into raisin mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Cover with lattice-crust strips. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
