VIETNAMESE SALAD 
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. grated onion
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. clean spinach (no stems)
1 lb. cleaned bean sprouts
1 lb. fried, crumbled bacon
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2-4 chopped hard boiled eggs (optional)

Mix first 6 ingredients together, then mix all ingredients together in large serving dish.
