SPINACH RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 tbsp. onion juice or flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Cook and drain spinach. Beat eggs and stir in milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add cheese. Fold in spinach, rice and butter. Turn into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Serves 8.
