EASY CHICKEN | |
Chicken breasts, skinned and boned 1 pkg. chipped beef, (4 oz.) 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream bits of bacon Cover bottom of greased baking dish with chipped beef. Place chicken breasts on top of chipped beef. Sprinkle bits of bacon on each chicken breast. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered. Each chicken breast can be wrapped with a slice of bacon as an alternative to the bits, if desired. This dish can be put together ahead of time and refrigerated until time to be baked. |
