VERY EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
4-5 tbsp. butter
4-6 chicken breasts, cut up
3/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2 cans onion soup
1/2 can water
Dash of salt

Use large casserole dish. Melt 4-5 tablespoons of butter. Roll cut up chicken in butter and set aside. Add remaining butter to casserole dish. Add uncooked rice. Put chicken on top of rice. Pour 2 cans of onion soup and 1/2 can of water over chicken and rice. Add salt. Place at 350 degrees on bottom rack. Cook 1 hour, uncovered.
