EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. reg. rice
1 tbsp. butter
6 pieces chicken, more if sm. pieces
1 can beef bouillon consumme'
1 can mushroom soup

Brown rice in the butter. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Brown the chicken in butter or oil, drain and arrange on rice. Mix the soup and consumme' together and pour over the chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, cover the first hour.
