DELICIOUS CONGEALED SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. apricot Jello
3 very ripe bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. sm. marshmallows
1 whole egg
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello. Drain pineapple. Add pineapple to Jello. Add mashed bananas and marshmallows. Over low heat, place pineapple juice, cream cheese and well beaten egg. Cook until thick. Add this mixture to whipped cream to which sugar has been added. Spread topping over Jello mixture and congeal.
