SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage roll
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square baking dish 8x8x2 inch.

Cook and stir sausage in a skillet until brown; drain. Spoon into baking dish.

Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with a wire whisk. Pour into dish. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
