GREEK STUFFED PEPPERS 
whole bell peppers (any color), sized for stuffing
brown rice
fresh garlic, minced
purple onion, chopped
cherry tomatoes, diced
feta cheese crumbles
Kalamata olives, sliced (pit removed)
Cavender's All-Greek seasoning, to taste

Chop top off bell peppers (use the extra pieces from the top to put in stuffing). Clean out all the seeds from inside pepper. Prepare rice according to package directions.

Brown garlic, onion and chopped bell pepper tops - add tomatoes at the end. When rice is completely done mix in browned vegetables, feta cheese and olives. Season with Cavender's.

Stuff the mixture into peppers until overfull. Place on baking sheet.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes (or until the top is crispy).

Then enjoy!
