SPRING SALAD 
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked
1 c. ham, diced
3/4 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. minced pimento
2 tbsp. grated onion
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles

Boil macaroni in salt water, drain. Add ham, pickles, pimento, onions, celery and salt. Add the following dressing.

DRESSING:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt & dry mustard

Beat dressing all the while until it boils.
