CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 oz. chocolate, unsweetened, or reg. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Melt chocolate and butter, add sugar a little at a time. Beat eggs, pinch of salt. Add to above mixture with vanilla. Lay chopped pecans in bottom of crust and add above mixture. Bake at 350°F, 30 to 40 minutes.
