FILLED KUCHEN B. P. DOUGH 
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. lard
1 egg
3/4 c. cold water

Beat 1 egg with about 1 cup water. Mix lightly. Roll out half of dough. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Put filling (pineapple-rhubarb-blueberry, cherry, poppy seed thickened) in pan. Roll out and cover with remaining dough. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. You can put a streusel on top or you can frost with powdered sugar frosting.
