CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white

Top:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Separate rolls into rectangles. Stretch and put 1 package into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread over crust. Put second package of crescent rolls on top. Beat egg white slightly and brush over top of crescent rolls.

Sprinkle Top mixture; can add 1/2 cup nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
