STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. chives
3 tsp. sour cream
1/2 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake potatoes until done. Scoop out the inside of the potatoes and mix with 1/2 of the cheese, butter, chives, and sour cream. Stuff into skins of potatoes and top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Put into oven until cheese has melted.
