PRESSURE COOKER ROUND STEAK 
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. fat or oil
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Recipe amounts are for a 2 1/2 to 4-quart cooker. Double the amounts for a 6 to 8-quart cooker.

Combine flour, 3/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cut steak into individual servings. Pound as much of the flour mixture as possible into the steak. Brown steak in hot fat in pressure cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and set control at 10 and cook 30 minutes after the control jiggles. Cool pan for 5 minutes, then place pan under faucet.
