FRUIT COCKTAIL PIE 
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 graham cracker crusts

Mix Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk. Do not beat. Add fruit cocktail. Beat well and add lemon juice, nuts, salt, and vanilla. Pour into 2 pie shells and chill.
