FROZEN BREAD CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
Cinnamon to taste
3/4 c. raisins & nuts, if desired

Thaw bread dough, do not let rise. Break 1 loaf into small pieces in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter, add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Sprinkle raisins and nuts on dough. Pour butter and pudding mixture over dough and raisins and nuts. Break second loaf on top. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuts.
