15 very ripe tomatoes
10 very ripe apples
6 medium onions
1 pt. vinegar
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. canning salt
6 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or piece of chopped red pepper

Chop all ingredients fine. Cook until thick over low heat, stirring often (about 1 1/2 hours). Seal while hot.
