CHILI BURGERS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion mix
1 c. crackers
2 eggs

Sauce:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped onions
3 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix beef, crackers, milk, eggs and onion mix; form patties and fry. Place in casserole and cover with sauce.

Bake at 300°F for 90 minutes.
