SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
4 med. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Season and brown pork chops. Slice potatoes. Layer sliced potatoes in bottom of 9 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup and milk. Pour 1/2 mixture over potatoes and salt potatoes to taste. Place pork chops over potatoes and soup and pour remaining soup mixture over the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I make this recipe but I use bread crumbs for a coating on the chops and I use cream of chicken soup in place of the cream of mushroom soup. Plus I add a little garlic powder too.

You can use cream of chicken soup in place of mushroom soup and add a little garlic powder. You can also use bread crumbs for a coating on the pork chops.
