WARM FRUIT COMPOTE 
3 1/2 c. water
2 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. dried mixed fruit
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. apple juice

In heavy pot, heat water, cinnamon, cloves and sugar to boiling. Add dried fruit and cook about 45 minutes on low temperature, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add orange and apple juice and cool. Can be made ahead. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 month.
