2 sticks butter
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. red food coloring
1/4 c. green food coloring

Cream butter and sugar, add remaining ingredients. Make into tiny balls about the size of a 1/2 walnut. Take thimble and put hole in each ball and fill with jelly mixture, mixed with food coloring. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
