ISLAND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) box Island Pineapple gelatin
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine the oranges, pineapple, cottage cheese, dry gelatin and pecans. Mix well. Fold in the Cool Whip. Chill.
