TUNA LOG 
1 can tuna (6 1/8 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

Grease cookie sheet. Mix tuna, celery, green onion and 1/4 cup soup. Mix Bisquick and 1/2 cup cold water. Smooth into ball and knead 5 minutes. Roll out dough, place on cookie sheet. Spoon tuna mixture onto dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese, fold dough over and make slits into top of dough. Mix egg and 1 tablespoon water. Brush over dough. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Mix remaining soup and cheese and milk over medium heat. Serve over slices.
