PECAN FINGERS 
1 c. butter, softened
9 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Cream butter and 9 tablespoons powdered sugar until light and fluffy; blend in vanilla. Add flour and nutmeg, mixing until well blended; stir in pecans. Shape dough into finger shapes about 2" long. Bake at 300 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool and roll each in powdered sugar. Yield: about 4 dozen.
