MEATBALLS AND RICE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

Combine ingredients and form meatballs. Brown in fry pan; drain excess fat. Prepare brown gravy mix according to package and pour over meatballs. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
