SHIPWRECK STEW 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
4 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced in rings
1 can chili beans, undrained
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Arrange in layers in casserole dish in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until potatoes are done.
