SKILLET COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. dates, chopped
2 c. Rice Krispies
Dash of salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Coconut for rolling cookies in

Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Beat eggs. Add salt and sugar; stir in dates. Pour into skillet and cook 10 minutes at low heat. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies and nuts; mix well. Then drop small bits from spoon into coconut. Shape into balls.
