CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 carton sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. grated cheese
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
Sugar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread crumbs of French fried onion rings for topping

Boil cabbage until almost done, about 20 minutes. Drain well. Add butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Then mix the other ingredients with the cabbage and put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot. During the last 10 minutes, sprinkle crumbs or onion rings on top and return to oven to brown.
