MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
meat tenderizer (optional)
1 flank steak

Mix marinade ingredients and marinate steak for 6 to 7 hours. Cook for 6 minutes per side. Slice thin in diagonal strips.
