MARINATED BARBECUED FLANK STEAK | |
Preparation time: 15 minutes. Marinating time: 4 hours to overnight. Cooking time: Grill to your preference of doneness. 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 3/4 c. salad oil 1 finely chopped green onion 2 flank steaks Mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar and blend in garlic powder and ground ginger. Add oil and chopped onion. Place meat in small pan and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Grill to your preference. |
