MARINATED FLANK STEAK (ON THE GRILL) | |
2 med. to lg. flank steaks 3/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh parsley 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 c. brown sugar 4 or 5 slices peeled fresh ginger root Trim all fat off meat. Score meat. Marinate 48 hours. Cook on the grill close to coals for 4 minutes on each side (longer if desired). Serves 8. |
