SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 lb. can salmon
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Remove bones and skin from salmon. Saute onions in butter in skillet. Add flour, salt and blend. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salmon. Pour into 8 inch GREASED casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
