PEACH SLUSH 
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. water
12 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
12 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
3 c. water
2 1/2 c. Schnapps
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale

In medium saucepan, boil sugar and 2 cups water for 3 minutes; cool. In a large non-metal container combine sugar mixture concentrated, 3 cup sugar, Schnapps, and lemon juice.

Cover, freeze. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes to thaw slightly, stirring occasionally. Spoon 1/2 cup slush into each serving glass; stir in 1/4 cup ginger ale.

Makes 22 (3/4 cup) servings.
