BARBEQUE MEATBALLS 
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. onion salt or chopped onion

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Make in balls and brown. Put browned meatballs into casserole dish and pour sauce over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

Here is a real crowd pleaser, especially good for out of doors eating. Using skim milk instead of whole milk, and lean ground beef really cuts down on total and saturated fat without affecting taste. To decrease sodium, use onion powder and reduced sodium/calorie catsup.
