PEACH DREAM CAKE 
1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 qt. sliced fresh peaches
1 c. Cool Whip

Crush vanilla wafers. Cream butter and sugar until well blended. Add beaten eggs. Combine this mixture with the crushed wafers. Use this as the bottom layer in an 8x12 inch Pyrex pan. Layer sliced peaches. Then top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
