PEACH CAKE 
1 box of butter recipe golden cake mix

Cook according to directions in two 9 inch round layer pans. Slice cooled cake making 4 layers. For filling, mix together 2 cups fresh sliced peaches, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup sugar. Cook until thick. Set aside to cool. When cool, stir in 1 cup sour cream and spread between layers of cake. Top with whipped cream if desired. Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate overnight.
