PEACH CREAM CAKE | |
1 angel food cake, frozen 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. cold water 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. almond extract 2 c. whipping cream, whipped 4 c. sliced peaches Cut cake into 1/4 " slices, arrange half the slices on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. In mixing bowl, combine sweet milk and water, adding pudding mix and beat well, chill 5 minutes. stir in extract, fold in whipping cream. Pour half the mixture over cake, arrange 1/2 the peaches on top of mixture and repeat with cake layer and filling layer ending with the peaches. Chill 4 hours, cut into squares. |
