2 cans pie filling, I used peach
1 box cake mix, I used yellow
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 lb. butter, I used butter

Pour pie filling into 9"x13" dish. Sprinkle cake mix from box over pie filling. Chopped walnuts on top of cake mix. Pour melted butter over walnuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Can be served warm, warm with ice cream on top or room temperature.
