SCHNITZEL 
Bread crumbs, Italian or plain
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Boneless pork or veal
Sliced cheese, your preference
butter
1 packet gravy mix (Knorr's mushroom); optional

Beat pork/veal with mallet until thin. Coat with egg/milk mixture. Dredge with bread crumbs. Fry in butter in skillet until golden brown. Place in warmed oven on platter and top with cheese slices. Mix 1 packet gravy mix. Heat and serve over Schnitzel.

Schnitzel: Beat boneless Porkchops until nice and thin, dip into beaten egg, seasoned with salt pepper and paprika. Put cornflakes into food processer until the flakes are finely chopped. Pat each chop into cornflakes mix until covered. Heat oil, lower temp, fry chops until almost done, move them to a baking sheet. Keep warm in the oven 275-300°F until served. Mix 1-2 packets brown gravy mix. Garnish serving platter with lemon slices and parsley.
