3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix ingredients together. It will be very dry. Pat out into a circle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
