HAM AND CHEESE FONDUE 
3 c. cubed French bread
3 c. cubed ham
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
3 c. milk
Few drops red pepper seasoning

Mix bread, ham and cheese in large bowl. Spread 1/3 mixture in buttered 13x9 inch baking dish.

Mix flour and mustard. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon over first layer. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Beat eggs with milk and red pepper seasoning. Pour over layers in baking dish. Cover. Chill at least 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve at once. Long chilling is the secret to the puff. Serves 8.
