GREEK LAMB SHANKS 
4 lamb shanks
3 slices bacon
Flour, salt & pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. dry red wine
1/2 lb. fresh or canned mushrooms
2 med. onions, chopped

Cut bacon fine - saute - brown shanks in bacon grease and add other ingredients. Cook 3 to 5 hours in oven at 300 degrees. Serve on rice.
