DEEP - DISH PUMPKIN PIE 
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. cold butter (cut into sm. pieces)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt

In a bowl combine flour and sugars. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of 12 x 7 inch baking dish.

In a bowl combine the remainder of ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Serve with ice cream if you like. Refrigerate leftovers.
