TEA MIX 
2 1/2 tbsp. whole cloves
5 cinnamon sticks, about 2 inches long
4 tbsp. dried orange peel
1 tbsp. dried lemon peel
4 tbsp. chopped candied ginger
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 lb. favorite loose tea (Chinese black, orange pekoe)

Crush cloves and cinnamon until partly broken. Add rest of ingredients and store in sealed container. Use 1 teaspoon per serving. Make in fall, give away at Christmas, and tastes good all winter.
