VEAL CHOPS ALLA PIZZAIOLA 
5 tbsp. olive oil
6 veal chops
1 med. onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced parsley
4 med. ripe tomatoes, minced
1/4 c. red wine

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add chops and brown on each side. Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and tomatoes.

Reduce heat and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Add wine and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
