HAMBURGER-ONION PIE 
1 frozen pie shell (9-inch deep), thawed
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced
1 tsp. (or less) salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. flavor extender (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute beef, onions until meat has lost color. Add seasonings and Bisquick. Spread in pie shell. Beat eggs slightly, blend with cottage cheese. Pour over meat. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into wedges. 6 to 8 servings.
