1 pkg. lemon Jello (or any kind - lime is best)
1 tub Cool Whip or whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello and add cream cheese; mix. Add Cool Whip. Chill until peaks form. Add drained pineapple. Add nuts (optional).
